  2. Set up your survey: Configure your employee engagement survey on the WorkL platform, including start and end dates.
  3. Pay your entry fee: Activate your entry by paying via card or invoice.
  4. Distribute the survey: Share the survey link or QR code with staff and reach the minimum response rate before the deadline.
  5. Close & evaluation: Once the survey ends, results are assessed and winners are determined.
